Where can I find my PIN code ?

Via the My Up Luxembourg app :

Open the app and log in to your account.

Click on the “Hub” tab at the bottom right of the screen.

Select the “Cards” option to access your information.

Tap on “Reveal my PIN” to display it securely.

Via our website :

Log in to your My Up Luxembourg account on our website at the following address: account.up-luxembourg.lu/login/email

Go to the “My Cards” section.

Click on “Click to view” to display your PIN code.
